Our Wines
A Labor of Love
Celestial Hill comprises four distinct vineyards, named for each of Chris and Melissa’s three children – Benjamin, Kendall Grace, and Brady – and the previous property owner Glenn Howard, who planted the vines over 20 years ago. While the soil is generally classified as marine sedimentary and volcanic, the grapes grown in each of the vineyards express the unique geography, elevation, and geology of their respective location.
Full of Grace
2023 Kendall Grace Rosé of Pinot Noir
An elegant, light-colored rosé in a delicate Provence style. Lovely floral notes with ripe peach and other citrus fruits. This wine is fresh, bright and has nicely balanced acidity with a long finish of nectarine. Will be a wonderful compliment to your next oyster dinner!

2021 Barrel Select Chardonnay
From our favorite two barrels of the vintage, this is a rich, luscious wine is bursting with golden, tropical & citrus fruits on the nose, leading to the palate. This rich fruit is carried by a vibrant acidity. Just 43 cases produced.

2021 Royer Vineyard Chardonnay
Made from a premium organic site in the Eola-Amity AVA. True to this area of the valley, this wine is bright and fresh on the nose. Crisp jasmine and pomelo rind are balanced with creamy Meyer lemon curd, shortbread and vanilla cedar from aging in puncheon barrels. Pairs great with fresh seafood and creamy or semi-hard cheeses. Just 92 cases produced.

2021 Yamhill-Carlton Chardonnay
From the famed Fennwood Vineyard, this wonderful fruit forward wine is balanced with vibrant acidity, citrus aromas and flavors with a silky mouthfeel. This balanced wine is a super-pairing wine! 129 cases produced.
seductively rich
2021 Estate Pinot Noir
This is a seductively rich, juicy wine with a nose of currant and luxardo cherry, very well balanced with oak, baking spice notes and a vibrant acidity. As such, this is a perfect pairing for a loaded charcuterie board, sparing no aged, hard cheeses, cured meats, marinated olives and dried fruits!

2021 Brady Vineyard Pinot Noir
Cherry in color, this is an extremely refined and elegant wine that will immediately take you to Burgundy. Juicy red cherries, ripe summer strawberries, toffee and leather on the nose. Silky texture with dark fruit, savory and earthy notes. Pairs perfectly with cremini mushroom risotto or a chicken marsala!

2021 Benjamin Vineyard Pinot Noir
Deep purple in color, with a nose of dark, dried fruits. Flavors of cocoa powder, hints of forest floor and mission fig, cola, boysenberry and crisp pomegranate seeds. This wine is complex, layered fresh and dried fruits, earth and subtle, silky tannins. Accentuate the flavors and textures of this wine with a classic beef bourguignon and whipped black garlic mashed potatoes. For this single vineyard, single clone pinot, all 5 barrels were blended, producing 124 cases for 2021.
